Refund Policy
When and how refunds are available for eTEST test results and subscriptions.
Last updated:
Scope
This Policy applies to paid digital test results, reports, and subscriptions purchased through eTEST. Nothing in it limits consumer rights that cannot be excluded under applicable law.
Non-delivery and technical problems
If a paid result or report is not delivered because of a technical problem and we cannot provide it after you contact us, we will issue a full refund for that purchase.
Subscriptions
You may cancel a subscription at any time to stop future renewals. A refund of the most recent subscription payment may be granted at our discretion after we review the request, account use, and circumstances. We may refuse requests that appear abusive or fraudulent. This discretion does not limit refunds required by law or for duplicate, unauthorized, or technically failed payments.
One-time purchases
A one-time purchase is eligible for a refund if it was not delivered, is materially defective, or is materially different from its description. If the result was delivered and works as described, a refund for dissatisfaction or a change of mind is discretionary unless applicable law requires otherwise.
Statutory withdrawal rights
Where the law gives you a withdrawal period, including the 14-day right available to many consumers in the European Economic Area, you may exercise it as required by that law. For digital content supplied immediately, the right may end once supply begins if you expressly consented to immediate supply and acknowledged the loss of the withdrawal right.
Disputed payments and chargebacks
If you have opened a payment dispute or chargeback with your bank, the matter is handled through that process. We do not issue a duplicate refund while a dispute or chargeback is pending.
Refund method and currency
Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method. We submit them promptly, but your bank or payment provider controls when the funds appear. Exchange rates and conversion fees are set by financial institutions, so a refund in another currency may differ from the original charged amount.
How to request a refund
Send a written request to the email below. Include the email used for the purchase, the approximate payment date, any order or payment reference available, and a brief reason. Do not send full card details.
