Acceptance and scope
These Terms govern your use of etest.quest and the eTEST services. By accessing the site, creating an account, or making a purchase, you agree to them. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
Accounts and eligibility
Some tests may be available without an account. Where an account is required, you must provide accurate information, protect access to it, and notify us of unauthorized use. You must have legal capacity to accept these Terms; minors may use the service only with permission from a parent or guardian where required by law.
Tests and results
Tests are provided for information, education, and self-assessment. Results depend on your answers and the method described for each test. They are estimates and do not constitute medical, psychological, legal, financial, employment, or other professional advice or diagnosis.
Purchases and subscriptions
Paid digital products become available after successful payment. Prices and renewal terms are shown before purchase. Subscriptions renew until canceled; after cancellation, access continues through the paid period. Refunds are handled under applicable law and our Refund Policy. Card payments are processed by a provider; we do not receive full card details.
Acceptable use and intellectual property
We grant you a limited, personal, non-transferable right to use the service. You may not copy or redistribute content, reverse engineer, scrape automatically, bypass security, overload systems, infringe rights, or use the service unlawfully. The site, tests, software, and branding belong to eTEST or its licensors.
Availability and account suspension
We may update, replace, or discontinue features and perform maintenance. We do not promise uninterrupted or error-free access. We may restrict, suspend, or terminate access for violations, abuse, fraud, or security risks, subject to applicable law.
Disclaimers and liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the service is provided as is and we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses caused by its use or unavailability. Nothing excludes liability or consumer rights that cannot be limited by law.
Changes and contact
We may update these Terms. Material changes will be announced on the site or by email and will apply from the stated date. Continued use after that date means acceptance where permitted by law. If you have questions or wish to stop using the service, contact us.
